Shreeya participated in Google Summer of Code 2026 with the National Resource for Network Biology (NRNB), contributing to SeqTrainer. Her work focused on reproducible promoter-sequence classification and sequence annotation workflows for synthetic biology. She is pursuing a B.Tech in Biotechnology and Computer Science at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology and is interested in computational biology, machine learning, synthetic biology, and bioinformatics.
